About Us

Footy4U Malta was founded in MAR 2010 with the objective of providing extra specialized coaching during summer months for kids of all ability in a fun and safe environment. In 2014 we saw the introduction of a new format in terms of the training schedule, as players were brought in four times a week and spent full mornings at Footy4U.

The Academy focused on the development of players technically, mentally and physically, and this year’s programme also saw our players taking part in different sports and making use of the National Pool, as well as being given gym work and personal development lectures. The Academy keeps growing, enjoying over 120 athletes in 2018 and aims to further grow in 2019. In 2019 Footy4U will be celebrating its 10th Summer in Operation – due to this we are seeking to, for the first time in its history, team up with a Partner who shares the vision of Footy4U and together reach further reach its potential – with sending Locally trained players abroad for football experiences with the hope for opportunities with foreign clubs to help player achieve their dream of professional football.

Our aim past our tenth summer is to launch a winter programme, increase Professional Opportunities Camps for local kids, and organize more training camps and tournaments to young players abroad. Moreover, we will be insisting on Coach Education and Development through our links with other clubs in Europe. Long-term, we’d like to branch out to clubs, organize training camps in Malta for foreign clubs, and branch outside of Malta.
